Description

After each rain, there's a huge puddle of standing water on newly-paved portion of Pointe Place Avenue. It looks like it'll need to be built up to achieve slope to nearby drains. I saw a couple of walkers get completely drenched as a car drove through the nearby puddle, which is probably around 10-12 feet long (hard to judge from the picture).
