2 years ago cdot changed equipment for traffic lights from Shamrock Dr. to Monroe Rd. Since that time you get stopped at every light where as you could at one time do the speed limit and make all the lights.This backs up traffic on Sharon Amity and you get stopped at every light.They said once the new system was in it would work better that was 2 years ago.
