Who ever wants to put a street light here is an idiot. Traffic light here would be pretty random and does not belong in a residential development. What needs to be done on this corner is the house that is on the corner of hutchins and herritgage needs to be forced to cut the hedges around the street light. It is impossible to see around them when turning on to hutchins from herritage
