Thank you for reporting this incident to the City of St. Charles. Code Enforcement has gone out and talked with the manager and new screens are being ordered. They expect them in the next week or so. We are also checking the parking lot to make certain that it is within code and any other violations that may exist. We appreciate your help in improving our City!

I reported Sam’s Club over one month ago, and they still have not repaired the rooftop HVAC screening panels.
