Description

There is a sunken, rough area right in the middle of 38-39 Warren Street that is causing large vibrations and noise when driven over by vehicles SUV size and upward. The vibrations shake neighboring houses. Especially bad with speeding pickup or delivery trucks which is not uncommon.
