Description

Anne Arundel County owns the waste pump station at the corner of Bell Avenue and Shoreland Drive. The property has been damaged, a large section of the gutter is bent and hanging off which is a very visible eye-sore to all the surrounding properties. I've reported via phone but also wanted to document online. This building is an eyesore in the current condition and could potentially impact property values of the neighbors nearby. Please repair this unsightly building. It is the county's responsibility just as any other AACO property owner, to maintain their property. Thank you
