Description

My issue is with the large piles of river rack that are being dumped behind my house. I realize there is a lot of debris after the storm but in just 4 days time the river rack (marsh reeds) have brought rats, spiders, snakes, hermit crabs, and an obscene amount of mosquitos into my yard. Not to mention the foul smell. I am attaching a picture, please note the fence shown is 6' tall. There are currently at least 17 piles. I work for a landscaping company and am currently dealing with marsh rack removal from many homes on Wilmington and Dutch Island. I did the same thing last year after hurricane Matthew. Point being I am familiar with this stuff and know the problems that come along with it. This needs to be addressed immediately. I live at 146 Chapel Drive, my back yard butts up to Whitfield Ave just past the Sanctuary. The piles are lined up along my rear fence. Please contact me at 912-656-3702 to discuss this further.

Sincerely,
Scott Friend
