Description
Owner called to report that there has been a sign on the tree for 4 months now in regards to having tree removed and nothing has been done at the moment. Owner is constantly having to pick up large branches of tree limbs out of his yard. Limbs have already broken his fence twice and afraid someone will get hurt the next time. Please assist.
