Main line along alley has been downed by a tree. The line to the house is also compromised. Please make lines safe and serviceable ASAP.

Duke cannot confirm WO #SP1709112184 has been completed. I was hoping city officials could confirm hazard as alley way is blocked to city sanitation vehicles.

Unfortunately the City cannot send crews in to verify if utility work has been completed as we do not have the ability to depower the lines. Duke Energy must clear the lines before we send workers in. Thank you for your patience while we work with Duke to restore the power and clean the storm debris.
