I agree 3 weeks asking to pick up trash from the condo on the sidewalk still there 😡Even called so sweet on the phone we ll be right there lol 3 weeks! You could keep your place neat and clean keep on top of the tenants but ask the city to do their part it's laughable 😂The lot has been like that forever. I asked in May no help. Friday nite and 427 Pembroke is filling up😡🆘 Mayor G the Eastside helped u could you return the help 😤

Why did you close this problem the owner" Mr. Muniz uses a city owned lot as his own personal lot .The city promised months ago to put a gate up.Nothing 😡At least make this person pay for use of a city lot. Would you like drunks, hookers and drug users across from you residence all hours of the nite?? This lot is not a dumping ground a hotel,bar or your local crack house it's a city owned lot. Please reclose the lot .YOU REALIZE THIS GUY CUT OPENED THIS PROPERTY? THE FENCING IS LAYING IN HIS YARD? JUST LIKE DIGGING UP THE ROSE SHANNON TREES AND PLANTING THEM IN FRONT OF HIS HOUSE! WOULD THE CITY PLANT THESE TREE ALONG THE WHOLE STREET?PLEASE!WE WOULD ALL LOVE IT!!!!!!
