Does Algonquin have noise ordinance there is a motorcycle at 6:10 in the morning at Elm Street and Hillcrest so loud that it wakes up my kids Monday through Friday. It seems that this motorcycle man just does it to wake everyone in the neighborhood up on purpose,
We hear him blast out of our neighborhood everyday. it sounds like he's also going really fast through the neighborhood past the speed limit that one day he might hit someone with his motorcycle.
