Key word vagrants. Our elected officials have been completely useless at coming up with any kind of plan other than inviting more of them to illegally camp, litter, vandalize, trespass, steal and do pretty much anything they want with Zero consequences. All of this at the tax payers expense.

PWA and OPD are prioritizing "restorative justice" for the homeless and their "civil rights" over the rights and safety of actual residents and homeowners. They have essentially told me this.

Yep, their well being is definitely a priority over tax paying, law abiding citizens.

I had another comment that did not make it past the "moderator" over these unhouseable vagrants.

Most of these people are unhouseable due to there inability to follow even simple rules stay off drugs and alcohol. The city's blatant double standard is not working. These people are on the street for a reason and have only themselves to blame.
