Theft On 9/6/17 Between 7-10 pm of an Red Moped . Chicopee , Police Wont answer my Calls about Incident . 2 Cams , Took Piks . I Have Been told 3 People have between Spotted around Lower Chicopee , Matching Descripts !... Also Suspects have been Commiting other similar crimes throughout Holyoke and Springfield as well !! I Am Paying Cash Of my Own , to Help the Cops . I Purchased another Moped , Same . Only with GPS For Police to Follow .
