Description

shoes on power line crossing North Ave. at this location right in middle of power line strand. Could not ID the make or model of the shoes but I expect a squirrel attacked a runner stole the shoes and ran up the pole across the line and left them.Advice to BED Bucket truck needed to accomplish task.
