I am the owner of this property. I had to call the police on my neighbor, Robert Quinn, yesterday. I have told him repeatedly to stop dumping trash on the north bound side or our yard at Thompson Circle. He is under the impression that a city right of way means that I do not own the land there. He leaves massive amounts of garbage, including dangerous items such as lumber with nails, metal, and broken ceramic. Neighborhood children often play there as a creek runs along the length of the street. Yesterday I confronted him and told him to leave my property. He and another individual refused to do so. I am asking that you contact him to let him know this is illegal and I would also like to ask if a 'no dumping/fine' sign be placed in my yard. Thanks,
