Just the other day, the city removed part of the dangerous tree that's uplifted the sidewalk, but the sidewalk itself remains a danger - impassable for wheelchairs that are forced out into a narrow street that gets a lot of traffic.

This continues to be a hazardous sidewalk and, at some point, a personal injury lawsuit is likely.
