in the last 3 years I have been several times present at his location in Baskin rd to claim a tree that is in front of the property 85 South st with the reason of being able to remove or to trim its branches. At present it is possible to notice that it is not having leaves in all its branches and many of them fall alone because they are dry, leading me to believe that the tree is dying. There is a chance that someone who knows about trees comes to check it and check that it is not a threat to pedestrians and cars passing by. If the tree is not dying it can be trimmed a bit to remove the dried branches.
