Description

This water will not drain. I've requested maintenance for over a month now and haven't heard any feedback. i have since cleaned it out and cut it back as much as possible. I also had to haul that to the dump since the county employees said that they would come back for it within a month. The water in the ditch currently will not drain and smells horrible and is a breeding ground for mosquitos. Can someone contact me regarding this?
