Just wanted to add a note that it does look like the city and our neighbors try to mow and weedeat as needed, but I haven't seen anyone come to check on the draining grade from the reflectors (about middle) to the North end which is the drain end. As we are now in the dry season, puddling is not going to be apparent, but you can see grade, sloping of the draining area.

Hello, this has been acknowledged, but not complete. We thought we saw someone working on this, but the north end (Willow) needs help and possible regrading of easement for drainage. Thank you!
