Description

Large blue dumpster present at least 2 mos initially used for what appeared to be debris from inside renovations. It is now being used by ?passersby for random trash. Visible are many dog poop bags, used drink cups, liquor bottles, pizza boxes, etc. No apparent permits for ongoing work. I think this is the location's 3rd dumpster and this one has appeared basically full for some weeks. People go in & out so it may be at least partially occupied. It is a two family residence.
