Description

Manhole cover at intersection of S. Seamans Neck rd. and Sands lane has become extremely loud and constant on this very busy street all day all night it is alarming.
Since spring it has gotten worse and worse. A cover
has been in place for over 45yrs with no issue.
Fix this Horror!
