Every Tuesday morning there is a horrible noise issue here. As early as 6am, the street is flooded with the sounds of shattering glass for huge periods of time. It is a truly terrible disturbance and I'd like the city to do something about. If it is a recycling route, the must change it as they are disturbing a street with hundreds of people living on it at a ridiculous hour. It also looks like it could be some company dumping recycling on their own, as there is a huge freight truck as well.
