Perhaps no violation for a neighbor to have 7-day per week flea market and used car sales in their driveway, but the construction trailer in front of the house during most weekdays is a code violation. I remember receiving a Violation Notice and Notice to Comply from St Pete Codes Compliance for having a small single jetski trailer (no jetski!) almost invisibly sandwiched between my pickup and the adjacent tall hedge. What's good for the goose.... right?
