Our building has had no heat for 5 days. The landlord has had a series of so-called professionals come, look, and do nothing. The problem has actually gotten worse since the last person came. This is the second time this month we have had this issue.

We called the owner of your building tonight
Concetta Tenteromano. She said she wasn't aware of the problem but that she would send someone to restore your heat tomorrow morning. HPD records show residents in your building have filed complaints of no heat for the entire month of January. Please contact your city council member for assistance. We will follow up on Monday.

HPD lists the names and addresses of building owners and managers. Then use Google for the phone numbers.
A correction to our last post: HPD records show residents in your building have filed complaints of no heat for all of December and January.

Thank you so much. I did not even know she was the building owner. My landlord Frank has been out of town all month and his son has been handling things.
How can I find her phone number to follow up with her?
