In the past 4 weeks increasingly more vehicles are NOT stopping at the 4 way stop intersection at 70th and Bloomington Ave an intersection w bike lanes on all four sides and a bus line in addition to Christian Park and close to STEM grade school and Centennial a few speed bumps or painting on the street warning drivers of the upcoming 4 way stop or a mph flashing signal could help this SERIOUS road hazard and safety to our community and children. My husband was mowing the lawn last night at this intersection and was almost hit by someone driving 45 plus mph thru the intersection. This is becoming increasingly worse. My legally blin next door neighbor is wary to cross the street to the bus stop for work
