When motorists are coming up the ramp off of I-64 to Greenbrier Pkwy South, they do NOT yield despite the big yield sign requiring that they do so. They don't yield, they just roll into on coming traffic and cut off the traffic that is trying to get on to I-64 from Greenbrier Pkwy. this area is congested more often than not and this practice will most certainly create a nasty accident soon. CPD used to sit in that area during lunch, but there should be one sitting in that area in the evenings when people are disobeying traffic signs.....
