The timing of the light at the intersection of Philips Hwy and Southside Blvd is to fast. At 8:15am I was in line to get in the turn lane from Philips to go North on Southside. It took 4 cycles before I was able to legally turn onto Southside. Can you change the timing of the light so that more cars can go through and not cause the backup on Philips?
