I just received notification that the issue has been closed by the City of Vista at 748 Oceanview Drive. The issue I reported was on the street in front of 630 Crest Drive and has not been addressed.

The potholes and extensive damage to the street is concerning because of the number of bikers and walkers in the neighborhood...I could See the City potentially being held liable id these issues are not resolved...someone could get hurt if no corrective action is taken.
