Description

There is a young tree with many new shoots and low lying branches that needs pruning. The shoots / suckers (1" in diameter) are jutting out from the base of the tree and crossing many of the lower lateral branches-- both the shoots and branches are encroaching on the street. Please help keep the tree healthy / happy, and maintain the safety of cyclists and cars, alike.
