Description
The intersection at 28th and Jay Rd. has an accident at least once or twice each week (I live near the intersection and hear the sirens often). Turning left from 28th to Jay is always dangerous because there is not enough room for two cars going opposite directions to turn simultaneously without the risk of collision. When the intersection is busy people randomly pop out of the left turn lane into traffic, causing people turning left in the opposite direction to have to slam on their brakes. There needs to be a turn signal here. Also merging from Jay onto 28th is often impossible to do without coming to a full stop because of heavy traffic. And I would never risk my life by walking across the cross walk at that location. It's a huge mess of an intersection and something needs to be done. How can we change this? Who do we contact?

The turn signal has been helpful. There are certain times it would be nice if the turn signal could be green for just a moment because oncoming traffic gets pretty thick and I’ve had to wait through two lights to turn left onto Jay Rd.. But during most hours the flashing yellow light works fine, and it alerts other drivers that people may be turning.
Thanks for the prompt attention to this issue!
