Description

Dog owner located at 6818 Robinson fails to control and secure his animal, creating a nuisance for the surrounding neighbors. An ordinance violation was submitted via mail about the dog barking for hours on end day and night. The police were dispatched multiple times to this location for this issue. Typically the barking occurs daily morning and late evening after 11pm which also violates the current city noise ordinance. When the owner is away/home the dog uses a doggy door which allows the animal 24x7 access to bark for intervals between 5-30 minutes per occurrence. Please address ASAP.
