The sanitation workers have to pick up half a dumpsters worth of garbage off of the ground every time they have to empty it. The dumpster is always spilling hydrolic fluid and oil nto the parking lot and down the storm drain. We're now being asked to fill an OPEN TOP furniture dumpster that's already caught on fire once and always flies trash down the highway when they haul it away.
