I have forwarded to the city forester.

The Holyoke Gas and Electric trims around their electric lines. If there is a tree/electric line conflict please contact them. The tree growing toward the house on the Fairfield Avenue side will be placed on our pruning list. We will take care of the problem as time and manpower allow.

I will contact the gas and electric company but I am so so very surprised that the city is not concerned and they are not contacting the appropriate authorities regarding this matter. I would think the city hold some liability especially if that wire does get knocked down and a resident is hurt the city was advised and they're pushing it off. This is one of the many changes that has to happen in city government people need to take ownership of the issues and direct them to the current to the appropriate people not pass it off. I will notify the Gas and Electric Company
