How do you get a rat box from the city?

GO to ISD office and Sign a waiver after that they will tell you when they are coming to your property .

We retained a new vendor as of July 1. I have determined that your property has not been checked by this new vendor. Provided you have signed a Waiver, I will make sure the property is reviewed by our new vendor when they come in this Friday.
