Description

501 NE Wilson Ave. Ran by a slum lord. Siding on home is coming apart. Been that way for a while. Rain has gotten in there. Possible mold inside walls now. Green grass and mold forming on side of home. Sidewalk completely covered in grass. Unsafe to walk on. Soft spots in front yard from moles. The residents living there do not take care of the home. Cars parked in the back yard behind fence at times leaking fluids. This home need to be addressed and resolved.
