Description
I am a snowbird. The water was turn off in May. My neighbor reports a note on the front door that says they are going to confiscate my water meter for not paying my bill. It is OFF. They sent me a refund. I will not be back until 10/22/17. The sewer bill has been paid in advance. What are they doing with my account there? Are they going to remove my water meter and hold it hostage for not using it? Is this a mistake in that department. I just talked to a lady at the water department named "Sherry". She could not find out anything for me and hung up on me. Is this the way the City of St Petersburg is doing business with the residents and tax payers? I'm sure this is a mistake that can through a revue of my account be clear up with a competent city employee.

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
If you think for any reason that the issue you submitted in the past might still be unresolved, please feel free to submit a new report with the SeeClickFix St. Pete website and we will make sure the issue is directed to the appropriate City department to be addressed as soon as possible.
