Description

Water runoff from the hill down Uncas Rd. flows directly into my yard causing flooding. This seems to come from a large green house a few houses o]up the street. They empty their pool and it flows down and possibly are doing other building projects that cause flooding in my yard. Strong rain also causes flooding. The town should have installed catch basins along the road There aren't any and therefor we get the bulk of all the water flow above us. We have tried several ways to remedy this. I would rather not have this public even if I am anonymous as it is a small neighborhood.
