On jersey Ave between 7&8, a jersey city municipal truck worked all day. They left a giant hole in the road with a cone sticking in it. They couldn't take the time to add a plate? It's very dangerous.

Thank you for your request. Potholes referred to the Division are normally processed within 48 hours.
Sinkholes will be referred to the appropriate utility agency for inspection and repair.
Please note that potholes cannot be repaired on days with heavy rain because the moisture will prevent asphalt from bonding with the existing pavement.
