Concerned about the mornings traffic officer at Flossmoor and Sterling. I have witnessed him almost causing an accident on several occasions. Just this morning he was motioning east and west traffic to proceed while not aware that a backup was occurring under the viaduct and an east bound driver came within inches of rear ending a car in front of the stopped car in front of it. Another issue is while pedestrians have not completely cleared the intersection, he's already directing cars to proceed. I take my wife everyday to the train and park in the bank lot, so I have an ideal view of this officer's performance, please for safety's sake, check this out. Maybe he could be retrained. (I've also seen him, more than once, being nearly hit by a car because his directing isn't clear).
