Description

I'm not sure of what is or what's suppose to be with someone who is on housing. From what I read it does that your only suppose to have who's on the lease living with you. In this case I'm pretty sure there are more than who there is suppose to be living there. None of them work, they are up all day and all night blasting music being loud. There is also wish looks a child less than a year old living there also. I don't think that is great parenting when your house sounds like a party house also people in out very much parent dutys !? There has been other complaints and nothing has been done. The building we live in is getting a new landlord on the 3rd which I'm praying they can do something as well. I don't feel safe. I'm a hard working citizen who would like to relax on my days off but I can't even do that with how loud it is in the address of 13b.
