Description

Animal Cruelty - Large Dog kennel in the back of this house. STRONG Animal waste smell and barking coming from this location. There appears to be a large amount of animals and they being poorly treated.There also appears to be a 2nd floor back deck being built there as well and no permits have been displayed.
