Underneath the Center Mall parking lot/train underpass, the water pools up like mad! This is an icy and dangerous walking/riding environment, but riding on the road here means contending with heavy traffic. Could center Ave be striped for bike lanes as an alternative route? Connecting cyclists to the bike path via Usher's house lot?
