Supposedly there is a work permit out, and if they stay in touch with the inspector - nothing happens. It is a pigsty - and it just gets worse. I live next to a dump.

There is still 'remodeling' garbage all over the lot. The building is still an eyesore. Two years I have put in complaints and it is still a nightmare. Everything is half done. Half sided, half of a brick sidewalk, half of the windows replaced, half of a fence installed. The attic is still open to animals.

Is this still going on?

The house has numerous blight issues. Missing windows, mismatched/unfinished exterior, the house is full - so full that when there was a fire last January 2013 the firefighters could not enter with first removing artciles/items. A tree was cut down without a permit, the stump and the largest portion of the trunk is laying on the ground. The fence is being dismantled by metal thieves, and the sidewalk is occasionally shoveled after a storm. It is an eyesore.
