the sidewalk adjacent to the borders and shoe depot parking lot is severely uneven in one spot near the telephone pole. there is a lip at least 2-3 inches high. i have tripped over this lip a few times and fallen, and have helped other people up from their falls. this needs to be fixed before someone breaks a bone.
