Description

The stairs in the plaza, just past the Hot Tomato's entrance and next to the "waterfalls", are completely crumbled. An exposed piece of steel rebar is sticking out and looks like a trip wire and is incredibly dangerous, a potentially fatal tripping hazard.

Did someone take a sledgehammer to the staircase, or is this just a case of frost heave?
