hahaha, so funny. Jersey City has all kinds of categories of things to report, but stupid Hoboken only has "report to neighbors." Nice. Well, neighbors, just letting you all know that Washington Ave is a complete joke. It reminds me of when I drove on the back roads of Costa Rica. 3rd world country caliber road there, and it's the main road of a New York City suburb! The road itself is probably the worst in the U.S. I've ever driven. Take pride in your city...
