Description

At approximately 6:29 am on 28 Jan 2013, a white van with "Greenleaves" on its side ran through a red light, with numerous other cars present at the intersection. The light had gone yellow on Route 22, still red on village, and the van began to accelerate rather quickly, clearing the intersection before the light had turned green.

*Not the first time that this particular van has ignored this same traffic signal.
