Rogue Recycling Bin left in front of the Stuff Motel. I work at the Surf Motel and we put out our bins at night and move them first thing in the morning. This recycling bins is right in front of our property at the Surf Motel but does not belong to us. this bin is left out all day long people throw their trash in it throw their trash on the floor next to it it gets knocked over into the street.
