A. Cedar and 40th
Q. If Other, describe
A. The light is supposed to be green for Cedar unless there is a bike/pedestrian or a car triggers it on 40th. It is being triggered always, so it is turning the Cedar light red for no reason every couple minutes. This has been going on all weekend.
