Owner lives next door. Has a 2-3 year old permit to work, but no work has been performed. Structure is rapidly degrading. Dangerous and harboring place for strangers passing through.

Is the building inspector doing anything about this? Numerous neighbors have offered to purchase and repair this property. It now has soil backed up to the rear wall, and I am sure insects and moisture are destroying the rear wall.

Has the building inspector followed-up on this building. For the past five+ years, this house has been worked on, about 80% of that time without an active permit. This house is a significant issue on the blog, as well as the owner's irresponsible repair work.
